In 2011, we have yet again expanded with Jake pioneering a studio in New Zealand and Nicholas Pitt heading the company here in Australia. Jake, of course, will still be available to shoot weddings in Australia.
We work very hard to fashion a product that is a mixture of candid, documentary and fashion photography. Many will notice that our photos outline each of our photographers with a similar but unique style, creating an individual approach to their own art form. We pride ourselves in giving you individuality through a mixture of continuity.

Nicholas Pitt:
Raw visual IMPACT , some’s up what i want to do with photography, video and creative media, i love story telling, i love connecting with people & getting the honor of being part of there lifes journey. Every time i shoot a wedding i approach it with excitement another opportunity to express my “ fine art” style of documentary photography its what i live for.
To tell someones love story as well as we do only come’s with experience and the willingness to always be growing and accepting new methods of doing things. I routinly try to change up my style and way of shooting i find this aways keeps me on my toes and releases my creativity. After taking over Jake thomas Australia my passion is to create an elite photographic studio for that reason i limit the ammount of photographers that shoot here, qulity over quantity.
Jake:
First thing I would say about Jake is that he is a family man who is a wonderful, devoted husband and father of two beautiful children--Liliana and Thomas.
A fiery, passionate red-head with a rich Italian heritage, Jake's no beating around the bush, Aussie approach is always refreshing. He won't say yes when he is thinking no.
Since picking up his first proper camera, Jake has always been passionate about photography. I know I’ve used the word ‘passionate’ a few times, but it honestly describes Jake. I can truthfully say there are times I wish he would simmer down a bit.
{Like when I am waiting for him to finish a shoot and he is late AGAIN because he just could not stop taking photos, or when I have to stand by and politely wait for him to finish what he thinks is an enthralling conversation about some aspect of photography}.
However, in saying that, I am so grateful when he comes back from shooting feeling excited and energized, while most people cannot say that after a hard day at work.
One of the characteristics I admire most about Jake is his attitude on a wedding day. He approaches everything he does on the big day in a big way that helps make it a special and memorable moment forged in time. I also know that he works hard to hand over photos that you will love and remember for a lifetime.
At the end of the day, if you decide to have Jake as a photographer, you will not only have incredible, beautiful photos, but you will have someone that will enjoy being in part of the whole experience with you, who will treat you like someone that is important and not just another number, and who will work with you with the honesty and integrity of an individual.
He is by no means perfect as a person, but as a photographer he comes close.
